What i manage is -
Handling workers, time planning, which is inclusive of - process of installations, dismantle, transportation
Handling Customer relations which is inclusive of - follow up on customer status, payment collections, maintaining good relationship with customers etc.
Product sourcing - Purchasing of new products, handling suppliers, communicating with some China suppliers, haggling for a better price and ensuring that all the items come in time.
Marketing - Dealing with designers to do flyers banners buntings, posting our company profile in various websites, registering company for international trade organizations, Posting company updates on facebook, and to do basic facebook marketing.
Duration of job can't really be said here, but i supposed that sales & marketing are stuffs that might take longer time, therefore i would put approximate 5 days, kindly discuss or share with me on your requirements, while i will try what i can to meet it.

I have experience doing - Translation English to Mandarin for befrienders for their phone scripts, and their teaching manuals.
And I am also doing - Translation Mandarin to English for some China Products to be sold in Malaysia.
For the job completion date, I am putting it approximately 3-5 days, but it is also quite dependent on the amount, i would say a basic for around 5-10 pages, it will take approximately 3-5days.
