Experienced gain from previous employment (not from online jobs)I am Mary Jean Lily C. Ybañez, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration graduate at University of San Carlos (Cebu City Philippines).
Acquired the following skills (Email Handling, Complex Problem Solving, Computer Literate, Customer Oriented, Critical Thinking, Underwriting, Cashiering and Office Administration) through my previous employment. I started working at age 17 as a Service Crew at Jollibee Foods Corp, a fast pace environment. I also worked in an Internet Cafe as an Attendant/Cashier. These jobs are done during my free time while i am also studying in College. During my last semester, i attended a training in a call center; Convergys, but was not able to pass due to my numerous commitment in school which i also have to give priority in order to graduate. My latest experience is from the insurance industry, The Manufacturer's Life Insurance. I am a Branch Operations Assistant for more than 4 years. Due to the ample time that i have to devote at work, i decided to resign and look for jobs online so i can also attend to my daughter who is currently 2 years old and having the fact as well that my husband is working overseas.
Recently, i do not have an online job experience but i am highly trainable and can easily apprehend instructions.
