identify your needs and urgent priorities, and
understand the bigger picture - your business’ vision.
2) Documentation (to be delivered in 3 days)
recap/summary of the current business process & identified need
high level streamlining of the process
add on strategies on what to improve which can include: (1)prioritization of next steps, (2)project proposals/initiatives, (3)manpower strategies
3) Second Engagement with revision of Documentation (to be delivered in 2-3 days)
usually happens when specifics to certain specifics are identified upon seeing a high-level picture of the whole business
