Project SupervisorDesired remuneration price50,000 yen to 100,000 yen• Responsible in forecasting and budget monitoring of North and South Operations’ expense
• Prepare presentations (updates, budget, project reports) for monthly Steering Committee together with other Regions (Indonesia, China, Pakistan, Hong Kong)
• Review and provide inputs of documentations prior to project implementation such Business Case, 3rd-party proposals and costings
• Monitor completion and documents required from start to finish based on STP Best Practice Control Guide
• Close coordination with NGOs (Non-Governmental Organization) and 3rd -parties to ensure proper and timely implementation of STP Projects
• Close coordination with Cross-function team (Legal, CA, Procurement, Finance and Treasury)
• Coordination with Region to comply and meet expectations in relation with STP Guides
• Magnifies process governance by acting as key contacts with regards to process related questions as well as functional and technical questions
• Lead the STP self-assessment in 2018
