    I'm Customer Service Advocate in Teletech, My First account was Amazon it's a retail account, and I'm a Retail Generalist, we handle incoming calls regarding Refund, Redeliveries, Tracking orders, and we also get in touch with the Third Party Seller, if there's a problem with the products.
