I'm Customer Service Advocate in Teletech, My First account was Amazon it's a retail account, and I'm a Retail Generalist, we handle incoming calls regarding Refund, Redeliveries, Tracking orders, and we also get in touch with the Third Party Seller, if there's a problem with the products. It was a great experience as a retail generalist but after 8 months the account got dissolve and I was Transferred to DoorDash, at DoorDash they called us Hybrid agents we are trained to handle Chats, Email, and Incoming calls. We receive calls/Emails/Chats from Dasher, Consumer, and Restaurants asking for their Food Delivery Order. but then again it was dissolved after less than a year, And I was endorsed at OptumRx and I was a Customer Service Representative, our line of business was a Home Delivery Pharmacy and we are dealing with Refill, Tracking Orders, Renewal of Prescriptions, and General Inquiries
