• More than 5 years’ experience in maintain and repair of led display screens outdoor and indoor and TV.
• Hardware testing Tools: Multi meter, cable tester, Card tester, soldering de-soldering.
• Repair electronics equipment’s and mother boards of any device.
• Configure new hardware, install and update the software packages.
• Accomplish the job of data recovery and system administration.
• Provide general desktop support, project coordination, imaging/ re-imaging PCs, and laptops.
• Experience of installing and administrating Microsoft windows server.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software, technology and IT troubleshooting.
• Detailed knowledge in PC hardware, Windows 7, 10, server, OS, MS Office products (including Exchange and Outlook), Antivirus, Desktop security.
• Provide break/fix services support for pc & laptop, printers and monitors.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve level one and two issues in computer hardware and software in laptops, PCs, Macs, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Install and upgrade hardware, software and provide complete assistance to end users.
• Resolve network related issues like local area connection problem, network access, mails, internet, etc.
• Provide assistance in installation and troubleshooting of other peripherals like printers, scanners, A/V, etc.
• Excellent Ability to troubleshoot electronic systems in the field and at a workbench.
• Experience in read schematics and troubleshoot down to component level.
