Being a native speaker of the Spanish language, having worked for firms from the United States, the United Kingdom and Panama, currently residing in the Republic of Panama, and counting on an interesting 15+ years of A-Class translation, interpretation, and teaching work at the service of 40+ prestigious firms and universities based in Panama, Canada, UK and other countries; all of which have expressed their undivided satisfaction with my professional, accurate and honest job; I would like to state that I feel humbly positive that mine can be regarded as a qualified candidacy suitable to occupy one of the translator posts you are offering.

It is also worth mentioning that I hold an MBA in Human Resources and International Business, a degree in English as a Foreign Language and a Higher Education postgraduate degree; have taught English and Business Administration courses to both high-school and university students and have occupied posts in the capacity of HR manager in multinational firms and English Department coordinator at various Universities.

The nature of my translation work is quite wide-ranging including legal contracts, medical reports, whole engineering-related books, UN gender equality (interpretation), UN-FAO expatriates’ paperwork (including their children’s school credits), English proof-reading services of press dispatches and English-news section translation of a Panamanian newspaper (which is also the correspondent office for USA-based Miami Herald), Website contents, financial statements, product user manuals; among a vast myriad of more matters.
