HR Services are as follows:
1.1 HR Compliance and Annual Audits- Assess the organization’s current compliance status and give recommendations on enhancing compliance.
1.2 Recruitment and Selection- Offer solutions for both permanent and temporary recruitment's, as well as customized recruitment services. In this area we also review and develop position descriptions, draft and review employment contracts, review, develop and deliver orientation programs to suit the Client’s workplace.
1.3 Staff training and development- Together with strategies, it’s absolutely necessary to prepare your employees so that they can deliver on the strategies effectively. Preparing employees involves ensuring that they have the necessary skills and competencies to implement the strategies effectively. We offer training and development services for the employees by way of identifying the training needs, and organize for diverse and thorough training sessions.
1.4 HR policies and Procedures development- a sound policy framework forms a fundamental part of the employer-employee relationship in the organization. Without a policy document, there is no guidance to employees on what is expected of them in the workplace, and no back up for the employer should things go wrong. We review and draft Employee Policy Manuals and handbooks, in line with the Company’s strategic plan and the provisions of the Labour Laws.
1.5 Payroll management- Payroll is one of the most labor and time intensive tasks in any business organization. It is for this reason that most organizations outsource their payroll processing function to consultants. We provide flexible corporate payroll services that improve the quality of payroll management for employers of all sizes. 1.6 Performance management- Assist our clients in designing a streamlined, straightforward and tailored performance management system that considers their strategic goals, and includes linkages to job analysis findings.
