• Diagnosis of desktop, application, networking and infrastructure issues.
• Experience of supporting a wide and varied client base. Troubleshooting PC’s, laptops and mobile devices
• Providing 1st/2nd line support to users. Administering the IT department’s policies and procedures.
• Installation and support of telecommunication equipment (CISCO Phones). Maintaining a log of all problems detected and system backups. Responsible for maintaining backups and for project work such as new builds. Working closely with software suppliers to resolve operational issues.
• Responsible for supporting: Windows XP/Windows 7/ Windows 8 / Windows 10 Office 2010, 2013 & Office 0365, Windows Server Versions, VMware ESXi 6, Ms Lync Client side, Apple Mac Os (Mac Client & Server), iPhones, Active Directory Management Backup products (Veeam Backup), CISCO phone systems & Video, SysAid helpdesk ticketing system, HID Access control system, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, Ethernet, and wireless routers (Meraki) management.
• Supporting & Access management Tier 3 certify Data Center.
• Honeywell IP CCTV management.
• Google Apps, Drop Box, OneDrive for business & one drive & iCloud working experience.
