Regional Manager•Coaching, mentoring, and guiding the regional team & Supervise staffs to implement market and social integration approach.
• Program Planning, Implementation and Management of Regional Office plans and targets.
• Review Annual Project Proposals of PNGOs & Track progress of PNGO implementation on a regular basis and make adjustments as required.
•Promote and maintain effective partnership with PNGOs.
• Support the implementation of the monitoring and evaluation framework.
• Maintain communication with different stakeholders , private companies and other regions and other projects of different organizations to ensure programmatic approach.
• Ensure effective management of project resources of regional office.
• Ensure and support to organize regional and national workshop to share project findings with different level stakeholders.
• Ensure and guide teams for project reporting, budgeting and monitoring.
• Support project on different assessment and evaluation and readjustment of plan.
• Ensure gender inclusiveness in pro-poor market intervention in rural community.
