Lead and coach the marketing team to carry out marketing activities of the Division effectively
Market analysis and positioning, in cooperation with the National Sales Manager Regular reporting of marketing activities and competitive activities to the management
Create and implementing of marketing plans to achieve required market positioning
Preparation and execution of the marketing plan for the Division
Monitor and coach on the execution of the marketing plan with marketing team
Follow-up on marketing actions on a cycle basis - Purchasing and inventory control of branded stationary, giveaway’s and other premium items.
Together with the National Sales Manager to create and implement product trainings and training materials for the sales and marketing team
Researching, tracking and updating the management on all political and economical issues in Cambodia, mainly related to automotive industry as well as changes in the competitive environment for vehicles in Cambodia.
