Various organizations in Thailand have made a number attempts to establish a connection and communication about sex education with young students through the use of different types of medias. Despite these attempts, we have not seen reduced number of teen pregnancy rate in Thailand. One of the reason maybe that sex is very sensitive for Thais in general. Therefore our goal here is trying to introduce a medium that does not require face-to-face interactions and is engaging. Visual novels (VNLs) are similar to adventure games (ADGs) but with dominative use of static anime-style images, narration, and a few interactions. Manga and anime are popular media forms for teenagers in Asia. Thus, we aim to introducing sensitive topics, such as sex education, in a media form that is common among Thai teenagers. We have introduced a game as a possible solution that would be ideal from student’s perspective.
