After contributing to the growth and success of six different organizations in the past 10 years and empowering WSHG community to grow their IGP rate through DFID- MNP project in 205 with conflict and rebel group controlled villages of Odisha and Youth employment sustainability in Odisha through Forum Theatre under European Commission which gave opportunity to the Youth in urban slums for International exposure and created a Cultural bridge between Europe, Asia & Africa. Worked with disable, blind, deaf & vulnerable children’s in 7 urban slums to develop the education system, health issues and make them aware on early pregnancy and child marriage. Has strengthened 84 villages residing near Bay of Bengal with disaster mitigation and adaptation plans. Being an EVS volunteer & mentor in 2008 for EVS/VSO volunteer’s in India I have 3 yrs direct experience in partnership management between EU & India also volunteers conflict management etc:- My interest and expertise is in New/ Existing Organization base sustainable and development, Knowledge Management, Partnership management, National and International agencies networking, Project impact assessment, Risk management, Strategic development, Budget allocation, Fundraising, Strong concept on Climate Change Adaptation & Disaster Risk Reduction, Documentation & Reporting donors, Gender inequality, Maieutic Workshops, Dissemination activities, Divulgation about theme of Disadvantage Youth, CoE Non-formal education activities, SALTO youth training courses, Partners YiA projects at National & International Level.
Had hands on 1 yr of International experience in addressing issues and ameliorating awareness on human trafficking and immigrant rights with refugees from Africa & Bangladesh residing in south of Europe.
Representing my recent organization since 2015 with a senior most role I had been through the process of handling with knowledge management from setting up the organization operation in India legally, developed new strategies and policies to get involve into local Government agencies such as OREDA and MNRE.
Being our core focus is renewable energy I had recruited some most dedicated and energetic youth not only address energy issues in the communities but also their rights from to have equal access to all the facilities provided by the Government. Our prior challenge was to be focused on our aim whatever are the hurdles and this helped us to find always a way which we never expect but to reach our goal. Representing my organization at the International platform not only help to build a better network but to receive several grants and awards which made our financial condition more stronger and motivate our team to still provide support to the vulnerable communities.
Being from the field of Education & Environment with administration management responsible for 5 international projects, I am seeking new challenges with an organization in need of someone with exceptional planning, leadership, and management abilities.
