In 2004 Mr. Basher started his career in Holcim (Bangladesh) Ltd as a frontline Sales personnel worked mostly in retail and distribution Sales. After joining CEMEX Cement BD Ltd in 2006 he has strengthen the distribution network in North Bengal. He got solid exposure in CEMEX during 2008 to 2013 while handling key accounts of institutional customers and attained remarkable growth in corporate sales. Mr. Basher has joined Rahimafrooz Storage Power Business in 2013 as In Charge of LM Battery Export Sales and later worked as Segment In Charge of Motor cycle & EV Battery Sales & Marketing for local and international market. Presently He is working in Siam City Cement Bangladesh Ltd as Assistant Corporate Sales Manager.
In addition to his role requirement, Basher has organized and conducted numerous events like Engineers Meet, Mason Meet, Brand and technical Awareness Session, Dealer & Distributor Conference, In house Trainings and many trade events.
Mr. Basher has successfully leaded and launched 2 projects ঊপার্জন উৎসব in Rahimafrooz and Building the Future in Cemex BD. He also has acquired knowledge in Digital Marketing from BITM in 2018.
Mr. Basher has started his Training career in 2017 by facilitating Sales Team of Super Star Group.
