I worked in a BPO industry for a total of 9 years giving superb customer service and support to our valued Clients. I was also a QA or Quality Analyst for more than 5 years and this has equipped me to be well-verse in multi-tasking and doing different types of administrative task and people management. Data entry, report writing, excel, email handling, etc. are just one of the many tasks I handled and have expertise with. I am very flexible and can work with less supervision which are needed from a virtual support.
