I was a Mortgage Loan Processor for American base company for a year. Our main task was to do credit verification for loan application. Prior to that, I was a Customer Service Representative to one of banks in America under credit card department. Our responsibility was to assist customers in providing answers to their inquiries regarding their billing statements, dispute charges on their credit cards, and process payments. Since I am a person who loves to explore a lot of things, I was also an ESL teacher in Yanji, China for a year and 3 years here in the Philippines as an ESL teacher for Koreans.

I would say that because of my experiences, I learned to type fast and do multi tasking. And I know that I was able to do all the task given to me effectively and efficiently because I am a person who loves to learn new things, hardworking, patient and very keen to details.
