I am an autodidact, a student of life, a sponge for information. I know a little about a lot of things and a lot about a few things. I best describe myself as a staunch pragmatic thinker. Applying Kaizen principals to my life, my goal each day is to learn something new and to continuously better myself in all aspects - most days I am successful.

The past decade I've worked for national and international retail companies, from 1.5M to 250M in annual volume; primarily in store operations, human resources and marketing. I've created an E-commerce system from the ground up and oversaw implementation in 300+ stores. I've revolutionized and optimized several operational protocols that both decreased overhead and increased productivity.
