I have an experience in business development in a management & consultancy firm. Sales/Marketing is my primary role. I do my marketing paraphernalia via Canva and other available software and I sent emails via Outlook and Mailchimp. My role is to create new ideas to encourage customers ask for our service. Aside from having a BDE background, I was a call center agent for 5 years. Most of my accounts are customer service accounts which supports customers from NZ, Australia and USA. I have a technical background but it is for a service provider in the USA.
