Hi, My name is Marvin Buenaventura, I am 33 years old. I have worked for over 4 years in a bpo setting. I am grateful for that experience, because i have learned alot of things from it, such as providing good customer
service and providing technical assistance to customers. I aslo have a strong back ground in sales since I managed a car
business before, i had small team of technicians and installers under me, we provided car services and sales for over 5
years and this experience was great as well as I built alot of self confidence from it. I am very open to learning new
things and im willing to undergo training as to acquire new skills to continue self improvement. I also have experience working for a realtor as a virtual assistant for the past 8 months.
