I am an enthusiastic International Relations student of the National Autonomous University of Mexico and a professional who likes to keep things simple and concrete, ruled by commitment and motivation due to the big difference these words can make when applied to life. During this journey, I have grown professionally in the BPO business at Sutherland Global Services, later at Publioos Web services and at Berlitz Colombia. My experience has improved my abilities in Arts, Economics, Customer Service, Sales, Technical Support, Social Media and Learning processes besides developing Leadership, Management, Marketing skills and Teaching. With more than 1 year in the BPO industry I have achieved great personal growth, reflected in several management positions including Quality, Efficiency, Revenue, Engagement and Support. I am a spirited professional who will pursue new experiences and challenges that increase my personal growth and knowledge.
