自己紹介

I have been in a call center industry since 2011. I handled different types of account. I started with Australian account (Back Office - order management), our main job is to complete in transit and provisioning errors. We deal with mobile activation. Then, I try my luck in Makati City, I worked as a Technical Specialist Professional in Ayala Avenue, I learned how to troubleshoot and fixed the website. I talked to different system administration of a different company outside the country. After, I decided to change my career path here in Pampanga. It is just mainly the same but the only difference is that I handled customer service. It is a US account and our main job is to answer customer's query like billing disputes and refunds, technical assistance, sales and lastly, retention. For almost 6 years that I have been in a call center industry, I can say that I already have the abilities to go out of my comfort zone and try different things like teaching English language.
