My 1st BPO experience is a customer service representative for 2 years and 9 months in Sutherland Global Services and I provide an awesome chat, phone and e-mail support in Amazon.com. I also have an experience on handling their partner sites, which is Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.in.

I am highly motivated, well organized person and I am very confident with my multitasking skills and I am the kind of person who is very positive and I am very open minded when it comes to business.
