I took Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and I was not able to finish my studies because I need to support my family when it comes to financial needs, so I applied as a call center agent. I was with bpo industry before for almost 3 years. My skills and qualifications is that I can understand concepts easily, computer literate, reliable and excellent interpersonal-communication skills.
