I am in the BPO industry, specifically in customer sales for almost 6 years now. I am now working as a Customer Sales Supervisor but I am willing to go for a training to further my knowledge and to widen my horizon. I am in the B2B service company that deals with the trucking and shipping companies throughout North America. Our Job includes cold calling, sending quotations, talking to a specific person that handles the needs that we offer. also, we make order forms and estimations for their orders. I am knowledgeable in microsoft word, excel, powerpoint, and other computer applications. I've also been using google drives for work for the past years. i am also capable of using any CRM's and easily taught on how other sites work. Other websites or work sites that i've used are Trello and Asana.
