I am hardworking, fast learner, optimistic and can work in a team. I have more than 5 years working experience as a customer service representative to two call center companies, one for BPO and one for in-house call center company.

I have enough experience as customer service representative that makes me good in communicating with clients over the phone, through email or chat. I learned how to handle different types of customers to give a good customer service experience.

I can easily be trained and I see to it that I can pass or go beyond the quality expectations of the companies that I worked with. I don't quit easily, I give my very best to every job that is assigned to me. I can do multi-tasking and can work with less supervision.
