I am reliable and hardworking person. I am also flexible and can work under pressure. I have 2 months experience working in a BPO company as Customer Service Representative. I handle International Account which gave me a lot of knowledge when it comes on dealing with different kind of people and resolving the issues or problem of our client and mostly enhance my marketing strategy.

I am the captain ball of high school and college volleyball team and I am self motivated in stress games, and i never feel comfortable until I complete my work in my way completely. Same with my job, i always give my best and all my efforts with every task that i am receiving because i don't want the bosses and the company to get disappointed.

I can say that this account is a bit tough, but challenging. It helped me a lot to build my confidence and improved my communication skills.
