I have worked in BPO industry for more than 5 years as a Non voice Customer Support representative( email and chat support for online gaming account) Social Media Moderator and Compliance Moderator for gaming account, and Outbound Sales Representative. I am familiar with using MS Word, MS Excel and Google Documents as it is the tool I've been using in making reports and I've been doing them for the last 4 years but I'm always open to learning new tools if there are different ones you prefer to work with.
