I am proficient in both oral and written English communication. I am computer literate and knowledgeable in MSWord, Powerpoint and Google Docs. I work as a transcriptionist for about 3 years and a content writer from time to time and also a homebase outbound telemarketer for health insurance for almost 2 years and 1 year in inbound sales in a corporate setting. I am hardworking, responsible, motivated person and can easily get the task done on time. My enthusiasm and commitment and dedication to work, ability to work with my initiative and my self-confidence are my strong foundation that always keeps me to do my best in every task assigned to me. Last but not the least, I am willing to be trained and learn new things as part of my experience being employed and I accept constructive criticism for they will help me be a better employee and to further enhance the job that I do.
