I am a very proactive person and have a great sense of responsibility, I am very receptive to ideas and suggestions and I like to analyze situations that arise in my professional life and provide immediate solutions. I have complete hotel management studies and i a computer literate. I know how to make documents in ms excel, power point, microsoft word. but most of all i have experience in hotel management my last job was at shangrila hotel and globe telecom. I have also trainings and seminar on information and technology.At globe telecom i was store specialist there for i am incharge of sales and customer service. and in shangrila i was at the front office, i was incharge on the land travel, information about the hotel and the schedules of activities and amenites of the hotel.
