自己紹介
Working for 11 years as an experienced Customer Service and Technical Support Representative handled various campaigns from Telco, Satellite service provider and Electronic products for American customers through voice and non-voice accounts. For the past 3 years, I have been working with the Management Team as an appointed team coach handling an average of 15- 20 agents under my wing.Some of the tasks I performed on a daily basis includes but not limited to: Answering product and service questions and promotions, addressing customer's complaint and providing the best resolution,assisting customers with maintenance and navigation through web-based applications,doing outbound calls to check if customer's issue was resolved and handled properly,manages a team and responsible for “on-the-floor” activities, monitoring queue and track inbound and outbound calls,making sure that agents are aware and trained about new product and daily reporting.
