I have completed my Masters Degree in Rural Development from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. I have over 3 years working experience in short term vocational training institute, implemented by different NGOs/INGOs/GOs. In addition to this, I have some experience and idea of Japan. From my study of Rural Development, I have good knowledge and in Rural , result-based management, project cycle management, good understanding about right-based approach to development, conflict sensitive program management, safety and security, good competency about capacity/team building and well aware about social mobilization process, gender sensitivity and accountability and other development cross cutting issues. Also I have good knowledge in contributing project development, negotiations, implementation and monitoring the activities carried out by the project.
