I am April Pielago. A registered nurse and a highly experienced customer service representative.
I have worked for top BPO companies here in the Philippines like CITi from and Expedia from Aegis People Support.
I recently worked for United Health Group as an Engagement Specialist; basically my work is to offer programs to our members like wellness coaching and general condition management programs.
Working in front of computers, tools and process is my forte and I think this trait really helps for your company or process.
Skill wise would be CSR, coaching/teaching/ trained to excel,powerpoint and Word/ excellent written and communication skills/typing jobs/telemarketing/data entry.
Also have experience working as a data analyst and data researching.
