I worked in a BPO industry for more than 4 years handling voice, nonvoice and sales account. I am an experienced Customer service specialist, which I support different customer concerns and complaints through phone, email, and chat. Previously, I worked remotely as a senior customer representative for a travel tour operator in the USA for almost 3 years. Also, recently I worked with an internet service provider in Singapore as a back-end customer Service officer for almost 2 years. With these mentioned work experienced, I handled prospect and existing customer from their inquiries, applications, concerns, and complaints through phone and most of the time through email (Microsoft outlook and another email platform).
