I have worked as Customer Support for 1 year in a BPO company, an Email Support for 3 months in replying customers concerns, inquiries and provide good customer service, Data Encoder for 1 year our task is to encode and extract data using MS word and MS excel, an email marketing who is helping the marketers to get targeted traffic to their website and also a Social Media Marketing in promoting live events to sign up for the events and posting it on Facebook by means of promotion.
