I have 24 years’ experience in Hospitality industry. Worked as Executive chef at Princess catering Qatar, worked as executive chef at broad bean hotels, Cochin, Kerala. 14 years worked in Dubai. Having experience with various cuisines,Arabic, Western, Indian [north/south], Spanish, Portugal, Asian cuisines.
10 years worked in Kerala, 1992-2000 And still working .
