I am willing and determined to learn and explore new skills that will help me complete given tasks by my future clients with the best of my abilities.I am diligent, fast learner and flexible in any job. I can do job with minimum supervision and can deliver tasks within the given time frame yet I see to it that the accuracy and quality of my work is at 100%.I worked in the Business Processing Outsourcing industry for almost 3 years. I was a Customer Service Representative to a US-based financial institution catering debit cards. Then was promoted as a team lead doing administrative tasks focusing on Risk-Processing Operations, Compliance and Fraud. Looking forward to be part and be a committed team player of an organization wherein I can contribute based on my experiences, to its growth.
