My name is Saskia Alexis Polidario , I have been handling different types of campaign from appointment setting, lead generation, chat support, customer service, inbound sales, virtual assistant and more for more than 50 clients we have in US, Canada, Australia, UK and some parts of Asia.

I have Customer Service experience from different BPO companies handling accounts for cable, telephone companies and collection as first party collector for credit card and third party collection for retail cards.

I am also operating an office base call center with 11 available seats. My agency had already handled B2B campaign like financial for collection , tax returns and bookkeeping, and insurance, add to that for B2C campaigns we have solar panels and real estate. We are also handling customer service and upselling for cable company in Canada specifically for Ontario and British Columbia areas.
