Have been a customer service representative for 2 years on a financial account. On the company that I've worked for they are selling prepaid debit cards. Our job were helping customers who are unbanked or underbanked manage their money the smart way. We give them choices when it comes to managing their finances by giving them prepaid products that lets them handle their money, their way. We promote and offer value added services for their card usage. We also are helping them get paid easier and a lot faster with their wages and benefits through the use of the cards.

I will work with satisfaction by giving the clients or customers meet the quality experience of my job and helping the company build success.
In addition to that, I am computer literate and has good english communication skills.
