Currently working as the Chief Strategy Officer in ACI Agribusiness, the largest agribusiness integrator in Bangladesh providing complete solution in agriculture, livestock and fisheries. Directing ACI Agrolink Limited, a new subsidiary of ACI Limited aiming to secure safe food for the country through its intervention in Agro-processing & Agriculture Value Chain. Worked closely with World Bank, USAID and Board of Investment as a private sector partner to develop a vibrant agriculture sector and attract foreign investment. Developed proposals and received grant from World Bank, USAID, SIDA and Netherland Government. Lead partnership with SNV, Care, Swisscontact etc and therefore, contributed towards improving the livelihood of the farmers, emancipation and empowerment of women, creating employment for the farmers and disseminating technologies by leading the projects successfully.
