I've been work at Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd for 19 years, I work as a part assistant and i'm in charge at parts department at service center. Our main role is to supply parts to the technician whereby the technician will bring in the repair order for the particular vehicle that have been checked in and we will supply to them parts that have been required in the repair order. We also attend walk in customer which are required some parts to by on call customers that inquiry some parts price and availability. We also doing the back order parts for no stock item which needed to be order for customers.
