I am a well qualified and versatile individual with over 3 years working experience as a customer service and technical support and over a year as a virtual assistant, which has data entry/handling experience, excellent customer service and technical skills. I am proficient in using MS office and trained in using CRM system. I am fluent in speaking in English and confident in my multi-tasking and administrative skills. I have an ability to grow with a job, handle responsibility and build positive relationships with work colleagues at all levels. I, too, have worked for a Japanese company for over a year as an English Language Instructor, thus a great exposure to Japanese culture and practices.
