Following up from the development of styles/designs as per of inquiries
Source material suppliers regarding developments
Assessing manufacturing units/Factories before placing orders
Work with IE or planning dept to prepare an effective plan
Following up sampling stages and conduct pre-production meetings
Work with quality controllers regarding critical points before production and acceptable quality standards
Ensure timely supply of materials
Distribute tasks to Quality Controllers
Making In-line and Final Inspections and frequent visits to factories
Finding out problems and solutions during production
Send day to day/ weekly reports to buyer
Ensuring the best product before consignment
