Eleven years and counting, being able to help to customers has always been a happiness in me. Taking calls, data entry and email support, answered queries and nailed everything that is expected of me. I have dealt with the different type of people and happy to have known a lot and helped them. Thus, I was appointed to a position of Team Lead. Additionally, I have a wide experience with a start-up company based in the U.S.

I've been exposed to a lot of tools, used CRM, payment tools, Microsoft documents, Excel and a lot more. I am computer literate and a fast learner. I have been accustomed to teach backs and to do a focus group discussion with clients.

My aspiration is to be able to provide quality work as I am striving for a long-term relationship. I am dedicated, and I treasure all committed jobs. I have a natural liking for customer service, typing,chat support and data entry, email upholder.
