I have worked as a Customer Representative under a fashion account. I handled data entry and inbound calls assisting clients from product inquiry, order processing, shipping and handling up to billing.

I have experience in handling an e-commerce store in Shopify mainly on customer response. Facebook management, customer email support, live chat support, email campaigns through MailChimp, product listing using Oberlo, product descriptions, and product reviews.

Prior to that, I had an experience as a social media admin using an application wherein we can unfollow and follow accounts from Twitter and Instagram. Data research and compiling them into a google or Microsoft excel sheet.
