I have worked in the BPO industry for the past 12yrs. I was an Operations Processing Supervisor with a well known shared services for an insurance company supporting a claims account for Australasia and UK. Through this work experience, I have developed the keen eye for quality and at the same time the importance of meeting the deadline/TAT.

My key areas of expertise include, but are not limited to the following:
¤ Knowledgeable in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and is techno-savvy. Can work with minimal supervision as an individual or within a team.
¤ Always ensure that deadlines are met without compromising the quality of work.
¤English language
I've studied and used the English language since kindergarten, and used the language since then up until now that I am working professionally.
¤ Detailed-oriented while still being able to see the bigger picture of business goals and objectives.
