Professional Experience
I am a graduate of Mass Communication and when I graduated I decided to apply in Call Center since I always wanted to interact with other people, different walks of life and compensation wise it is competitive. I have worked in Call Center industry for a total of 6 years. I have handled technical support, banking and billing accounts. In my team, I always pro-actively promote healthy competition to bring out the best in my teammates. I can say that my "mini-team" project has been successful. It has always been my passion to help customers to their delight.
