I've been in the BPO industry for almost 7 years handling both technical and customer service. And with that period of time, I have been given recognition on numerous occasions. I can say that being reliable, hard working, a team player, skilled in communicating with customers over the phone are a few strengths that I possess. I have a versatile skill-set, I was also able to manage our Family business, and I have the knowledge of the basic in and out of Finance. I have extensive training of Real Estate essentials for Investors. This includes seller lead calls, creating buyer's lists, valuation of comparables and other real estate administrative tasks. I value time and attendance has never been an issue. Going the extra mile to satisfy the customer's needs is my mantra all the time.
