I have 11 years worth of experience in BPO. I started as a voice customer service representative for different US accounts in one company. After several years with voice, I also was able to experience non-voice accounts such as email and correspondence. I slowly but steadly moved up to the managerial positions all throughout the year before finally moved out of Operations when I joined the Resource Unit as a Program Ready Trainer back in 2014. I stayed in the same post for 2 years until I moved up to becoming a Communication Coach this year.
I am also a part-time English tutor online for a reputable Online English School in Japan.
I have experienced clerical jobs in the past as a student assistant in University. The responsibilities includes but are not limited to; Transcribing, Filing, Typing, answering the phones etc.
