I have worked for 4 years for a local network as one of their voice actors. I have been in the BPO industry since 2009 where I learned from level one CSR/TSR experiences to level 2 experiences. I have handles supervisor calls and complaint management since I belonged in the industry. I was also blessed to experience how to troubleshoot iOS devices and grasp a knowledge of how their billing concerns and account concerns are resolved or acctioned.

At the moment I am a freelance graphic designer, video editor, and photo editor. I am accepting any freelance tasks including any content writing jobs too.
