Hi Jethro here, I'm a graduate of Information Technology. I've work at a BPO (Sitel) company for 2 years. My 1st account in the company was in AT&T, we handle internet connection, we troubleshoot issue over the phone and make sure that our clients receive the right speed of what they are paying for. My 2nd account was with LG, we handle issue with LG products, we help them troubleshoot issue over the phone as well. Now I'm working at home helping clients in the US get their credit fix. Mainly communication with different client is my nature of work right now, with the experience i have for the past 3 years i learn how to bargain with them and meet halfway for a solutions.
I have experience in web development as well, I work with several projects designing websites. HTML, Wordpress are most common tools that we used in making website pages.
I work as a freelance writer as well.
